Jon SligerJon Sliger - President/Chief Executive Officer (Sliger@Systel.com)
Jon has been in the technology industry for more than 20 years focusing on areas such as networking, security, and development. He holds multiple certifications including Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, Unlimited Low Voltage, Certified Fiber Optic Technician, etc. Originally from Dallas, Texas until moving to Georgia in 2000, Jon has had multiple working experiences in Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. He has been married to his beautiful wife for nearly 23 years, and they have one daughter and two dog sons. In his free time, Jon enjoys golfing, scuba diving, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling. He also enjoys traveling the world and has visited multiple countries from three different continents. Jon’s favorite country to visit is Germany, and his favorite city to visit is New York City.
Troy ZavitzTroy Zavitz - Vice President of Business Development / Sales Manager (TZavitz@Systel.com)
Troy is an ambitious self-starter who has been an integral part of Systel’s success. With a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics from Central Texas College, Troy is knowledgeable and constantly strives for success. Since the beginning of 2014 when he joined Systel as the Business Development Manager, Troy has helped Systel reach many of its goals and accomplishments. With over 25 years of sales and training experience, Troy is an essential component to bringing lasting business relationships from Fortune 500 companies to local mom-and-pop shops. Before joining Systel, Troy served over 8 years in the Army most recently as an aviation instructor. After getting out of the Army, Troy ran the Logistics and Field Service engineering support for Scientific Atlanta and Viasat Satellite Networks. A few of his programs included, Iridium Satellite Communications and Space Imaging, which is now part of Google Earth.
 
Amber SligerAmber Sliger - Vice President of Human Resources / Accounts Supervisor (ASliger@Systel.com)
Amber is a devoted animal lover and loves to spend her free time spoiling her fur baby, Addie. She graduated from the University of Richmond where she studied management, law, and business administration; she plans to continue her education by earning her MBA over the next couple of years. Having worked for Systel over the past few years, she has been able to apply herself and gain hands-on experiences. In her spare time, she enjoys going to movies and grabbing coffee and drinks with friends. On her days off, she tries to get in a round of golf or a day at the pool.
 
Lindsay LivelyLindsay Lively - Office Manager

Lindsay, more commonly referred to as Lou, grew up in a small town in Michigan and moved to Georgia in early 2015. She loves to volunteer at the Georgia SPCA dog shelter, and to explore the areas around her frequently getting lost. Lou has a caring heart, and she teaches a Sunday school class full of energetic two year olds. She has been in the field for two years with Systel, and she is currently taking college classes working towards achieving her BA in business and psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading or hiking. She also likes talking with her family and friends or cooking experimental dishes.
 
Nicole BrownNicole Brown - Sales / Business Development Representative (NBrown@Systel.com)
With 13 years of experience in the electrical and voice and data industry, Nicole brings her broad knowledge base and personal skills to the table for Systel. She recently married the love of her life, Tony, and together, they enjoy traveling and finding great hole-in-the-wall restaurants! On her days off, Nicole enjoys spending time with her large family of two sons, two step-sons, one granddaughter, one grandson, and of course her two rescued fur babies, Maggie and Gracie. In her spare time, Nicole also serves as a song leader for her church, and they often visit an assisted living center where they sing to the residents.
 
Ricky TerrellKeith Arnett - Sales / Business Development Representative (KArnett@Systel.com)
Keith is a Georgia native that has been in sales for over 20 years. After his Reinhardt College days, he joined the PGA of America as a golf professional and spent 5 years chasing his dream. When reality set in, he turned to sales as a profession and has never looked back. Putting people before anything else, Keith has built an impressive book of relationships that he has built over the years. When he is not working, you will find him spending quality time with his amazing son and family, fishing, hunting, dining, playing golf or volunteering at his charity organizations. His #1 bucket list item would be to travel the nation in an RV, playing golf, hunting, and fishing along the way!
 
Ricky TerrellDavid Fleemon - Sales / Business Development Representative (DFleemon@Systel.com)
David has recently retired from a 36-year long career with industry leader, Scientific Atlanta/Cisco. There, he developed his skills through performing in a wide variety of positions including as a production line technician, engineering technician, technical services engineer, and technical trainer. During his career, David worked in system integration with 3rd party Video On Demand vendors and played a major role in the launch of the first full scale VOD systems for Scientific Atlanta. He and his wife have been married for over 32 years, and when they aren’t trying out new restaurants, they love to spoil their fur babies and take day trips through the north GA mountains. In addition to being a dedicated college football fan, David is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys camping in his spare time.
 

Technicians
Darrel HormekuDarrel Hormeku - IT Support Administrator (DHormeku@Systel.com)
Darrel worked as an aftercare teacher for a year, then became a pre-k teacher for two years before beginning his technical career working part-time as a Google Apps for Work administrator. A few months later he found a help desk position at a call center for Lenovo technical support. He was hired by Systel about a year later and he couldn't be happier. He has a high aptitude with technology, his Microsoft knowledge is fairly advanced, and he is (of course) king of the Microsoft Surface. He likes to keep up to date on developments in the field (in so far as possible, for they happen so quickly), which makes him a good source for information about emerging technologies. In his free time, Darrel enjoys fishing and has acquired a fisher’s license. He also loves watching football (GO BUCS!), reading books, and endlessly scrolling through tech blogs. His daughters dance ballet, so he spends a lot of time building sets, working back stage, and (of course) surrounded by pink. He misses a lot of football games, but it makes his daughters happy so he says it worth every minute.
 
Greg SerranoGreg Serrano - Electrician / Low Voltage Technician (GSerrano@Systel.com)
Originally from Venezuela, Greg has been in the electrical field for over 20 years working in various different states including Tennessee, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York. He has served as a superintendent for many electrical projects, and he permanently lives in the state of Georgia with his wife Nelly of 20 years and two daughters. Greg began this journey through the military as well as schooling in the electrical field, which eventually led him to a four year apprenticeship program at the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College. Greg moved on to work for companies such as Robertson Electric, McBride Electric, Rodgers Electric, and he now is able to apply all of his knowledge to new industrial and commercial aspects while working for Systel.
 
Brandon WilliamsBrandon Williams - Low Voltage Technician / Electrician (BWilliams@Systel.com)
At work, Brandon is a hardworking, confident professional, but at home, he is a loving family man. He loves playing and watching football, making and listening to music, and reading books. Starting off by helping his father with his electrical business, Brandon has been doing electrical work since he was a young teenager. Now, after over 14 years of experience with several industry leaders, he has encountered more than enough challenges and learning opportunities to become a well-rounded expert ready to offer solutions to customers on all of their cabling needs. As a lead technician with Systel, he is qualified in lighting, camera systems, fiber optics, networking and aerial cabling. In Brandon’s spare time, he enjoys working on carpentry, car audio, landscaping, and anything he can be proud of when he finishes. Brandon’s second full time job is spoiling his adorable two-year-old daughter.
 
Mario SaavedraJames Caldcleugh - Low Voltage Technician / Electrician (JCaldcleugh@Systel.com)
James has been in the communication industry for approximately 10 years, and he has a wealth of knowledge that includes fiber optics, CAT6/CAT5e, cabling, splicing, broadband and troubleshooting. One of James's strongest assets is his personality; he has been successful in high customer satisfaction and his ability to work well with others. Outside of Systel, James spends the majority of his time with his family. He is a proud father of three beautiful daughters ages 10, 13, and 17. He also has two four-legged family members, his dog, Trouble, and his cat, Oliver. James enjoys taking his girls and dog on adventures through parks and nature trails to discover new places and things. A few of his other interests are classic cars, animals, nature, tropical and salt water fish, and comedies.
 
Ben InsleyBen Insley - Low Voltage Technician (BInsley@Systel.com)
Ben has been working for Systel over the past 7 years, during which he has created very strong relationships with a multitude of clients. Over this time period, he has developed multiple professional skills including teamwork, leadership, efficiency, and project designing and planning. Though he has specialized in the low voltage field for the majority of this time, he has also gained experience in many other fields such as custom computer and server building, networking, access control, fiber optics, high voltage electrical, camera security, and wireless internet. Outside of work, Ben’s interests reside in music, UGA Football (Go Dawgs!), time with friends, good food, great beer, outdoor activities, and motorized vehicles.
 
Ricky TerrellRicky Terrell Jr. - Low Voltage Technician (RTerrell@Systel.com)
Ricky has over 18 years of experience as a low-voltage technician working with access control, fiber optics, camera systems and networking. He has worked on large commercial projects as well as new construction. Driven to expand his skill set, he recently graduated with an Associate Degree in Information Technology. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending time with his wife and children; he has a ten-year-old daughter and two-year-old son. Even though he is the only male in class, he is dedicated to taking piano class alongside his beautiful daughter. Ricky also enjoys watching any kind of sport with his son, especially Georgia football.
