Systel is pleased to offer the following service plans for emergency network failures. An emergency network failure is the loss of network service that affects multiple users, such as file & print, email, Internet, etc. These crucial tools are not merely productivity enhancers. Your network has evolved into a critical component of your business, and simply put, you cannot afford to be without it. Downtime costs can easily be thousands (or tens of thousands) of dollars per hour! When your network needs help, your need is immediate. We have developed the following plans to assist you in reestablishing your network services following a critical failure.
Network Emergency Phone/On-Site Response Programs
These programs allow our valued clients the peace of mind that comes with guaranteed response times. Furthermore, we offer discounted T & M rates for emergency services when you contract for either one of these plans. Please refer to the following chart that describes the various plan options. Rates are subject to change. The service does not cover upgrades, changes, or additions to the network environment, office moves, non-standard software, or user's personal equipment. Hardware repair or software replacement costs are not included in these service plans, and will be quoted on an as needed basis. |

Server Down
- When your server is dead, dying, or down. No ping or remote access is possible, or the primary web site, stream, or the servers intended purpose is failing.
Network Intrusion
- In any event that you believe your resources have been compromised, we want to know as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact our office. We have live security professionals that are well trained to actively respond to all intrusion tactics, to act swiftly to preserve your data, and to take any steps necessary to ensure that any potential exploit has been sealed off tight.
Mail Systems
- We take electronic messaging with the required level of seriousness. We understand that to do business on the Internet you must communicate with your clients, customers, and associates. However, there is a wide degree of variables involved with email as we know it.
Spam, Flooding, Denial of Service
- If you find any situation involving mass messaging or ping-flooding, obviously it is imperative that we block the inbound traffic as quickly as possible. The incidents affect the entire network’s integrity, and if you believe your server is being flooded (site is slow, massive numbers of email coming to your accounts, your database or log files are growing at a noticeable rate) then contact us as soon as possible.
